Moore-Handley Reports Results of Operations for the Quarter Ended March 31, 2008

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., April 10, 2008 -- Moore-Handley, Inc. (Other OTC: MHCO.PK), a Birmingham-based distributor of hardware and home center products, reported net income of $49,000 or $0.03 per diluted share for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 vs. $310,000 or $0.19 per diluted share for the same period in 2007.

Sales for the quarter were $41,320,000, down 13.5% from the same quarter last year.
