Enhancements & Additions for 1.85

There is one enhancement for SalesHelper 1.85. When entering a “C” code credit, there wasn’t a place to enter the item number of the wrong item sent and have a pickup ticket created in SalesHelper. We now have made accommodations for that.

When entering a “C” code credit, the item being credited was not the item to be picked up and this made for some confusion when picking up the merchandise. Now you will be able to enter the UPC Code from the wrong item, SalesHelper will find that number and a pickup ticket will be printed with that number. In addition the correct item will be credited to your account.

This will be on all credit screens and an example is below.

When you return to the credit screen, this information will be transmitted with the credit and the mainframe will then create a pickup ticket to get the item back to Moore-Handley.
